The work of guides Natalie Tursa in Mallorca
We, four adults, flew from Kyiv to Mallorca on June 20th. We were warmly welcomed at the airport, plus it turned out that we had an individual transfer to a hotel in Playa de Muro, and not a bus with 52 seats, as we were promised in Kyiv, but without a guide (promised by a travel agency. Minus - the driver speaks Spanish , there is no one to tell at least briefly about Mallorca and the places we pass.
