I guess it all depends on the manager.
I am going to spend the New Year holidays and I will book through eastbooking, since in the summer I already booked a hotel in Foros through this company and was very pleased. Then the manager Ilya worked with me and everything was clear. He made an advance payment, although he doubted a little, but later he did not regret it. We arrived in foros, as Ilya promised, we were met at the bus station and taken to the hotel.
