Good day! I will share my impressions about the travel agency! I advise you to skip them. The situation was like this for me, I called and agreed to leave on the same date, vacation, booked housing in the Crimea where I thought to rest. And, what do you think, they didn’t even call and didn’t warn that they had postponed the departure ... no words, housing is in reservation and I don’t have time to leave now! Reptiles!.
