Blatant illiteracy and incompetence. I turned to the Federal Migration Service of Rostov for help in obtaining a foreign passport of the Russian Federation - they said: “No problem!”. We made a contract and paid for everything. No progress for a month, wrote to the director (owner?) Anna. She promised to take matters into her own hands. After “personal control”, the matter did not move one iota.
