Horror, we didn’t pick up what we wanted, the hotel didn’t help in any way, the tour was terrible
When we took a tour in TezTour (I strongly do not recommend it), we asked for a hotel with foreigners, we wanted to take a break from ours, for which we were selected a hotel with 100% Russian speakers. Fine. In the hotel itself, when they did not have rooms and we were moved from hotel to hotel and there were a lot of nuances with the reception, the hotel representative did not even lift a finger, although we asked for help to figure it out.

They sell more tickets than rooms! Terrible bottom of the sea, with stones.
We went in May, so we were afraid that it would be cold. Initially, they wanted to go to Kemer, but they assumed that it was still cool there and agreed to Seda. Then they regretted it a thousand times.
