Tour company where only offerrs work
We bought a tour from them, as Rene tour offers cheap tours to Slovenia at the resort of Rogaska Slatina. We bought a 4-star hotel, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked by the rooms, small and shabby! Horror ... this is 4 stars, but all 3! We were offered to pay extra for an improved room?! When we bought the tour, everything was agreed by the manager, she assured that the rooms were beautiful, etc.
