Bad travel agency, irresponsible and deceitful employees and the director himself.
They did not choose, but rather imposed this company on us. They remained dissatisfied, because for three months they fed us breakfasts and promises, and at the last moment they essentially delivered an ultimatum - either we take what is left, or a fine / penalty. Moreover, a cabin without a window cost more (!!!) than the cabin with a balcony promised in March.
