Ruined holiday before check out
I want to warn everyone who plans to go on tour with this travel agency. I ordered a tour to Volyn from Kharkov a month before the trip, on July 24th. I made an advance payment in the agreed amount, provided all the documents, for my part, I fulfilled all obligations. When ordering the tour, I emphasized to the manager that I really ask that we have 2 lower shelves on the train and that I am even ready to pay extra for a luxury car.
