Went in on a recommendation from a friend. I was an inexperienced tourist, I went for the first time. I asked for a discount, because very close friends recommended. The manager assured that she was selling the tour at cost, minus 5%. Over time, when I had already traveled a lot, I realized that they lied to me. It's not about money, if a person said that he would keep 5% for himself, but he couldn't give me more than 5%.
