The company proved to be inexperienced in resolving the issue .. They paid for 5 stars and settled in 3 stars with a non-working air conditioner and broken balcony doors. The infrastructure of the hotel which was ordered and the housing is terrible with a view of the working construction site. The manager Yana said that she couldn’t decide anything .
