A month before, we booked and paid for the Catalonia Port 4 * hotel in Barcelona through the Join Up tour operator, received confirmation from the agent for booking this HOTEL and a voucher. For a month they made 100 payments for a week of rest in this hotel. Yesterday we were checked into a hotel, and today we were evicted and moved to another hotel, which is far away.
