My review in TUI about this sharashka office: My wife and I are not the first time flying on vacation abroad, but for the first time we decided to use the services of TUI. We won't make that mistake again. We have not yet flown anywhere, but we have already frayed all the nerves in the travel agency. In short: Our flight was rescheduled. They called from the Travel Agency and said that we would spend the day in Kazakhstan, but so that we would not worry, they would pay for both the transfer and the hotel.
