We went on tour to St. Petersburg, 2 times - in August 2011 and 06/23/13. Heaven and earth, of course. How much we liked in 2011, how much we are disappointed in this one! All these hotels, buses and even poor food, which has worsened many times, these are all trifles, but here is the organization ...!!! The leader of the group, Tatiana, is certainly a very nice, polite girl, but as everyone knows, "a good person is not a profession" was simply terrible in her disorganization, inability to plan, and in general she was simply "afraid" of people! Instead of organizing a group, she simply sat on the bus and waited for the group to return, which led to sanitary stops not in 20 minutes, but in as many as 40, or even hour-long halts! I have never seen such a group laying carpets and having picnics, there was no question of any observance of the schedule, and in response to claims there was one answer - well, I will drag them by force.
