Spoiled mood and health
We were looking for a tour to Novgorod, for the right dates we were only in this office. The problems started when we booked. The manager offered 2 payment methods: at the office or to a Sberbank card, they chose it on a card, they said they would send an SMS with the card number, after payment they would call back and hang up.. They sent an SMS, they didn’t indicate the amount - I had to calculate it myself.
