Don't mess with the TUI tour operator
We bought a ticket from the TUI toroperator. 07/07/19 My husband and I flew to Tunisia. Representatives of Tui met us at the airport, looked at our ticket (voucher) and sent us to the bus. Before departure from Moscow and at the meeting at the airport, we were not informed that we were being taken to another city in Tunisia and to another hotel, not the one stated in the ticket.
