We spent 12 hours on the road, tired and hungry, and arrived at the hotel. . . . we are told that the rooms are not booked for us!!!! as? we have vouchers on hand, we were brought to this particular hotel, and the representative of the tour operator, after finding out the information, says that another hotel is booked for us or not booked. . . they can't say anything clear.
