dissatisfied with the travel agency
applied for a passport in February, the website says that a representative of the travel agency will meet me at OVIR, no one met me at the appointed time, they just called from the travel agency and said which office to go to .. so I was photographed at OVIR on March 27, the production time passports are 21 days old .. today is May 7, but it’s not there yet, so then believe the travel agency that it will be right on time .
