Pretty average guesthouse in Salzburg
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town (embankment), 10 minutes walk to the railway station as well, so the location is convenient. The rooms are freshly renovated and the bathroom is well equipped and clean.

Nice hotel in the mountains
When you are trying to go skiing in the last days of December, you are no longer up to fat, you take the first hotel that comes across and do not buzz. Spittal is quite far from decent gurneys like Bad Gastein or Kleinkirchheim.
