Hotel Pension Akat is a very good option for people with low demands, the atmosphere is homely, the food is no frills, the staff is friendly, understanding Russian. Room cleaning, as many have noted, is irregular, the floor was washed 4 times in 11 days, linen was changed 1 time, towels twice.
