strange travel agency
bought a bus tour to the Black Sea. The bus was not very comfortable, but it was tolerable. It got worse when we were dropped off in a completely different city than we had planned, because there were NO PLACES in our hotel !!! (we bought a tour for a month and a half). managers did not bother to warn us about this, although we called to clarify the departure time twice the day before! The accommodation does not correspond to what was agreed upon, and the rooms themselves leave much to be desired.
