I changed my mind to the opposite and I want to apologize for the previous review on emotions. We managed to go and we were perfectly received at the hotel, we liked everything very much.

Terrible customer service
After reading positive reviews, we chose this hotel and we are very sorry about it. Initially, the administration of "Shelen" was very bad at making contact, I can't imagine where the understanding and sympathetic staff that everyone writes about!
