Very bad organization of the trip
We turned to this company, as the city was full of advertising, we thought it was a reputable company. The office is normal, there were always customers. In general, we wanted to go to Bulgaria in Sunny Beach. Booked a hotel at the end of April. We chose the Blue Marine 3* aparthotel. Everyone paid in full (accommodation, travel, visas, insurance). Visas, as we were told, are issued within 2 weeks.
