NEVER CONTACT!
The worst agency I have ever worked with. Designed for "maybe it will pass" !!! We traveled half the world and have never seen such an attitude where they communicate with you politely, but do not fulfill anything promised! Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff! The hotel is HORRIBLE !!!! Stink, bugs, dirt , blood on the walls!!!! We contacted the management within three days to achieve at least some kind of justice! Nothing but promises! They didn’t even deign to call us back, but they didn’t forget to interrupt us every word when we called and asked to change our hotel.
