RUDE AT MY EXPENSE
On May 7, 2019, we booked the Journey to the Baltics tour for June 23 with departure from Kyiv. On the morning of June 20, it was listed in the guaranteed tours section, and the travel agent promised to send an information sheet, but at lunchtime we find out that this tour will not take place. In a letter signed by Oksana Andryushchenko, alternatives were initially proposed that did not fit (apparently, the dates of the holidays are now set by the Accord Tour).
