We were extremely disappointed that the company could not provide a group meeting at the airport who knew German or English. We found ourselves in an unforeseen situation: having arrived in Düsseldorf at 17:00, we were evacuated because there was a threat of a terrorist attack, and our ownerless luggage was found. The bus that was supposed to take us to Cologne to the hotel ended up in the cordon zone and even without luggage we could not leave.
