Outrageous excursions!!! Incompetence and broken transport - these are the attributes of services!
We bought an excursion to the Imperial Palaces at the request of the child, because we knew about this company for a long time and even went on excursions with it many times before. Although even then it was alarming that the cars that are provided for customer service leave much to be desired in terms of comfort - old and rattling! On that day, there were no tickets available for this excursion at other points of sale, when we went from the sea, and the child really wanted to go to the Masandovsky and Livadia palaces.
