Booked a tour to Spain with my wife! They said that you will receive passports along with a visa to Kyiv in Boryspil, we arrived in Borispol, 1.5 hours before departure we find out that there are no passports in Kiev, they are in the Dnieper on a courier service. Surviving the feeling when a plane flies away and you don’t get on it through no fault of your own is a gesture !!! you won't even wish on your enemy! Day tormented in Kiev, flew out a day later.

Great stay
Great hotel for the money we paid for it (early booking 1500 USD for 7 nights). There are no complaints about the hotel, everything is super. Settlement norms, food and drinks excellent.
