Poor guide support
31.10.2018 b. booked a bus tour of Lviv at 11-00. The guide on the bus did not give her name, and her escort was disgusting. At the stops (Lychakiv Cemetery, etc.) the guide spoke into the microphone, but so quietly that she could not be heard. The story is vague, dry, superficial. The guide did not wait until all the members of the group approached the site, so many could not feel it at all.
