Well, first a few words about the country and the city. A typical Arab country with typical Arab residents, they make noise, want to chat, sell something, going through greetings in different languages in the hope of stumbling upon the right one.

Normal office in TC
I turned to this travel agency and office, because the closest one is from home (in the new shopping center right next to metro Parnassus). The work of Julia’s manager is adequate, he went in and told me in detail what options would suit me, asked me to send a suitable email on the right date (in a day or two I already wanted to fly away), looked at the mail in the evening, and the very next day I came to make out, though I decided to look on the spot options and eventually flew not where he planned, but even longer and cheaper.

If you are going for communication and partying, then it will do. But there is no service!
The rooms are old, about the basement first floor, immediately go into denial, if you check into a standard room of the old building without additional payment, then from the 2nd floor and above, if you want to check in before 12.
