Terrible service!
Booked a trip to Dubai in August. Initially, they wanted to fly through Join-up (a year ago they flew to Sri Lanka, everything went great), but due to their unstable state on the market, they decided to try Natalie and regretted it. The tour was booked a month before departure, when ordering the tour, 2 options for departure from Kyiv were offered (because there were seats on the plane).
