Never use the Capital Tour if you are flying to Egypt.
The hotel itself is certainly not 5 stars, but a solid 4-ku. The rooms are normal, the linen is changed once a week, there is a safe in the room, cleaning every day. There are few fruits - oranges, unripe melon, pears, dates, bananas and something else.
