The agent is good. Installment stupid.
In general, I liked the agent and the tour. But part of the cost was taken in supposedly interest-free installments through Russian Standard Bank. The bank manager assured that Alina Tour would pay the overpayment (instead of the discount provided). This is a lie! As a result, we gave 27% per annum to the bank.
