Firm Tui - boors and scammers!
I purchased a tour to Spain for two with my wife Julia (Salou, Da Vinci Hotel) from June 15 to 27 this year at Tui (TUI). We were sure that the Tui travel agency is a solid, responsible, caring for its tourists, that is, operating within the framework of Russian legislation, providing travel services. But the troubles began already at the airport, when my wife and I were not on the transfer lists.
