Complete indifference and lies
1. When I bought a tour, they said that you can send a quick PCR test at the airport 4 hours before departure. An unpleasant and expensive surprise was that there were no such tests and I had to fly 2 days later at my own expense. (Ticket 8 tr and 2 days of stay are not going to be restored). 2. When I told about the problem to the general number, they said that the personal manager would call and help solve the problem.
