The employees are polite, friendly, but the work is done negligently and irresponsibly.
I ordered an individual tour from 01/19/2014 to 01/27/2014. Traveled by car. The main requirement for choosing hotels was a double bed with one mattress. Elvira immediately said it was a DBL bed. 3 hotels were selected: for 5 nights Strbske Pleso, 2 nights in Prague, 1 night in Bratislava - breakfast is included, there is a parking lot at the hotel.
