high prices, low quality
I purchased a voucher for this hotel through the Veles Tour travel agency. Standard room with air conditioning. Reviews: check-in time is 14-00 but had to wait 3 hours until the room was repaired.

Incompetent in the tours offered
The information that the company places on the website, as well as over the phone about the quality of the services offered in Crimea, is clearly untrue. In Crimea, the principle still applies: sell the tour more expensive and the quality is worse
