I want to share my unpleasant impressions about the tour operator Coral Travel. On 10/21/2013, I paid for a tour in the UAE, at a travel agency, tour operator Coral Travel. Travel time from 10/25/2013-11/01/2013, departure from Donetsk by Air Arabia, departure time 13.15. The tour was paid for 2 adults and 1 child. The travel agency, due to the small margin of time for opening a visa, clarified several times whether there was enough time to obtain a visa, to which the tour operator Coral Travel responded positively, stating that the visa would be open.
