This is not a tour operator, but a complete scam. We sent the children on a honeymoon to Turkey to the Concordia Celes Hotel Alanya, but we got Ganita Holiday Village - this is a boarding house for the elderly. There has been a struggle for 3 days - 0 result. They are not going to relocate 32 people and the guide threatens to put everyone in jail and take away the documents.
