Dishonest tour operator
I used the services of this dishonest tour operator out of ignorance .. because I bought a tour from a travel agent and did not pay attention when buying a tour to the fact that the tour operator is the infamous join up. The scammers used my money, which I paid for early booking, and as a result they locked me in the worst hotel, announcing that there were no places in the mokm.
