Completely irresponsible company! The tour operator TUI had a promotion: when purchasing a tour before the end of May, a visa to Bulgaria as a gift. Fully paid for the tour on May 30th. The girl who booked the ticket was in no hurry to send the documents for a visa to Moscow, and they (as it turned out later) should have been sent no later than May 31.
