Nightmare! customer service is rude!!!!!
We wanted to book a tour to Turkey, contacted this travel agency. They picked up a tour for us very quickly (this is the only plus for the travel agency). Next, we wanted to pay for the tour by bank transfer. The manager Irina, after wanting to pay us for the tour by bank transfer, answered us that she would not arrange a tour for us at all and hung up.
