Scammed on the site, did not return the money
On December 10, on the website http://www.ptsagency.ru/, at the request of SEZ31123AU, I booked a hotel in the Seychelles and paid an advance payment as written in the system 16929 rubles. After that manager Strelkov Alexander called back and said that there was an error on the site and the amount was doubled. I could not accept this offer, for which I was offered to return the money and write an application, which was sent to the email of this manager on 12/19/2013.
