NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM TPG
Taking advantage of the situation with IATA blocking money on Aerosvit's clearing bank account, TPG refused to refund us compensation for a canceled flight, tickets for which were purchased the day before departure and had not yet been credited to Aerosvit's account. That is, TPG did not have time to transfer payment for tickets to IATA (because the money for all tickets sold for a certain period is transferred at the end of this reporting period, determined by the IATA settlement calendar), but decided not to return them to us.
