Thanks to such "professionals" as the manager Margarita from the Elma branch, the tour along B. Khmelnitsky Street not only did not take place, but our mood was spoiled and the impression was made that we had not clients, but travel agencies are always right. Not only did the manager make mistakes when drawing up the contract, she also sold us a hotel stay in which there were no vacant rooms, reproaching us for not being aware of all the intricacies of her work.
