travel agency managers are friendly, but transport drivers are boors
I ordered a transfer to Kirillovka in this travel agency. The tour guides are very friendly and helpful. But the transport itself was not satisfied. The driver was not taken to the indicated place, but dropped off 250 meters away from him. With heavy bags, this is not a small distance. As we were explained in the travel agency - the driver could not turn around there.
