Service quality leaves much to be desired
Good afternoon, dear employees of NEWS Travel! Tell me, please, by what right do you rob (I can’t call it otherwise) people who buy tours from you? Who gave you the moral right to do this to us? Not a question - the contract states that the Tour Operator has the right, if necessary, to change the time of departure / arrival. And what exactly do we, tourists, have rights in this case? It turns out that none! You can’t change the date or time, and we are forced to lose almost a whole day of rest through your fault.
