Rudeness and incompetence - the motto of the company!
We bought a tour to Montenegro 1.5 months before departure (!). 4 days before departure, we accidentally found out that the plane was canceled, and they didn’t even call us. They offered to fly from Kharkov or Zaporozhye, but they didn’t tell me how to get there. We argued for a long time with the manager for Montenegro (Vlada, Kyiv office), the boorish one is still the same.
