In the travel agency AGP KLASS in Donetsk, there is an excellent manager, a professional in his field, a subtle psychologist and just a wonderful person - Tatiana! all the news, promotions, we were congratulated for more than one year on all holidays, on birthdays, because e. constantly reminded of themselves. I do not argue, many travel agencies do this, but for the short term, mostly.

Thanks to manager Svetlana
We would like to express our gratitude to the manager of the travel agency "It's time to rest" Svetlana for her travel experience, thanks to which we went to rest in the chic Sharm region, but wanted to go to Hurghada. Svetlana told all the great moments of the rest that awaited us there and was not mistaken. We didn’t want to leave!! ! She quickly responded to our claims to the air carrier Air Onix, which delayed the flight there and reduced the time spent back, in total by 20 hours (but this is a separate story and there will be a review about this airline).
