Convenient location, very green area, friendly staff. Spacious rooms, clean. I liked the quality of the breakfast.

Good tour company, good location
I left a request on the site. The manager from the travel agency called me back the next day. She asked a number of clarifying questions about the timing of the trip, duration, number of tourists, preferences. The next day, the manager called back with specific suggestions. I liked the constructive approach, no pressure and imposing my own opinion. The voice on the phone was pleasant, and the approach to cooperation was businesslike.
