Do not take Anex! Tickets were bought in April. For two adults and a child. 6 days before the flight, the child had an operation outside the planned one, the appendicitis was removed. They asked with a surcharge to reschedule the tour from May to the end of June, July, August in the same hotel, they refused. They said we don’t transfer and we don’t give money back 100% retention.
